Welcome to MindCare Gippsland!

My name is Megan Kenny.

I am a registered psychologist based in Sale, my practice offers compassionate, evidence‑based psychology services for adults and adolescents aged 16 years and above.

I am dedicated to creating a warm, grounded environment where you can build self-awareness, explore challenges, develop emotion regulation skills, process trauma, and move toward a meaningful and fulfilling life.

Meet the Psychologist

Megan Kenny

I have been providing psychology services in Gippsland and surrounding regions since 2020, though I have worked in various fields of mental health and counselling in the Gippsland area for over 15 years. I was born and raised in Gippsland and am a country girl at heart. I am passionate about offering much needed mental health support to regional and rural areas. I believe it should be accessible to everyone, not just in big cities, but also in beautiful communities like Gippsland, where help can often be limited.
